About the Support Center

On the Help menu, there is a convenient place to find Canvas and City College specific information for students. At any time you are welcome to search the Support Center to find information on using Canvas. Some items link to the Canvas Guides, some to pages with City College information such as "How do I get on a wait list", "I can't find my class in Canvas" or "How do I connect to Canvas WiFi" as well as how to use the Canvas tools.

Accessing Help to Access the Support Center

To access the Support Center from the Help Menu, select 'Help' from the Global Navigation menu.
Choose Search the Support Center.
You can enter a question in the box with the magnifying glass
Or click on a category to view its help articles, which will appear below the categories.
Click on a help article to read it.
