The Office of Online Learning and Educational Technology Department are here to support you in using Canvas as a tool to support your learning remotely. As a new student, you will have some first steps to take to get ready for learning on Canvas.

Learn about your official CCSF email, a Gmail account called CCSFmail.
You can translate the information into your native language:

As a new student, you must activate your RAMID to log into the MyCCSF Login Portal. After you log in, you can access Canvas and other student services like the MyCCSF Resources Portal for course registration.

After registering for your CCSF classes, you can access your classes in Canvas with a computer or a smartphone, and with the Canvas Student App on a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet.

The myCCSF Resources Portal is where you can log into Canvas and where you can log into myRAM Portal to register for classes, apply for financial aid, and view and update your personal information.

CCSF IT Help Desk
The CCSF Help Desk can help you log into the MyCCSF Login Portal (RAM ID), email, and general computer services at CCSF.
