Managing Zoom Meetings

Overview

Previously the Educational Technology Center (ETC), provided guides on how to manage Zoom during a meeting. Because Zoom is updated so frequently, we now recommend that you take short training courses, watch videos, or utilize the knowledge base provided through the Zoom Portal:

To access the training linked in this module, you must be logged in to use Zoom through the RAMID portal. Follow this process to have access.

Click on the training link.
Click on the login button if you are not taken directly to the course.
On the sign-in screen, don't enter your email address and password. Instead, click on the SSO button at the bottom:
Enter our domain, ccsf-edu and click Continue.
Log in through the RAMID portal.
After logging in, you may need to re-click on the training course link to access the training.
