The following explanations are suggestions and ideas on how to orient and support your students in using CityZoom.

The Student's/Participant's Perspective on using Zoom

Visit our Canvas Student Support Center to see how a student will interact with CityZoom. We have a CityZoom guide for credit students and a CityZoom guide for noncredit students. 

Provide Information to your Course Participants

Provide your students/participants with information on what Zoom is, how to use it, and where they can get help. You can send your students a link to the guides above in order to help them use CityZoom in your course.

If you would like to provide a CityZoom resource page in your course, consider importing one designed by Jen Kienzle, a member of the Office of Online Learning, from Canvas Commons. Open Commons in the global navigation and search this term: CityZoom. You can then import that resource into any of your classes. If you are using Module 0 (Getting Started), this is a great resource to add into that module.
