English 1AS Course Evaluation (complete for homework credit)

I am always learning how to be a better teacher and would appreciate your honest and constructive feedback.  This is an anonymous feedback form.  As an additional precaution, I will not read your feedback until after final grades are in. Basically, it would help me to know what to change and which aspects of the class you would advise me to keep ifI teach it again.
