CS 110A will serve as an entry point for students who are interested in learning more about computer science but who do not want to commit to taking a programming-heavy course. Non-majors in this class will develop a sense of how computer science relates to their lives and the world around them while satisfying their Communication and Analytical Thinking requirement. The course will also be available for majors who want to further develop their big-picture view of the field of computer science and/or prepare for more programming-heavy courses.
