Final Exam

Your final exam is a timed multiple-choice quiz on the main book in our course, Lydia Denworth's Friendship, as well as MLA documentation skills. The exam must be taken on Tuesday, 12/17/24. You have a window from 6 AM to 11 PM to launch the final exam.

Please read carefully:

Beginning at 6 AM on Tuesday, December 17, the final exam will open. It will be available for seventeen hours until 11 PM. While the exam can be launched at any time during those seventeen hours, the time limit once you start is two hours. If you want the full two hours, the very latest you can launch the exam is 9 PM.
The exam is two hours (120 minutes). Once you begin, Canvas starts the two-hour timer. The exam will automatically close in two hours. It cannot be reopened. Please make sure that you begin the exam only when you have time to finish it. If you accidentally start it, you'll need to take it when you start it. The exam cannot be restarted. Do not email me to restart the exam. I won't be able to monitor email for seventeen hours. If you launch the exam, you need to take it when you launch it.
The exam is open book and open notes. You're welcome to use any class materials that will help you answer the questions.
If you miss the exam for any reason, you will miss out on the points. That may or may not have a big impact on your final grade. It is always safer to put it on the calendar, give yourself the full two hours to take the final essay, and get the points!
