Research Proposal
Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to get some feedback from me on your research focus and working thesis. Because getting feedback is time sensitive, this assignment must be completed by the end of the week (no late submissions). If you miss the deadline, just keep moving forward. You can always communicate by email or make an appointment with me in my office hours or over Zoom to discuss your ideas. (You won't get the points, but you'll still get the help.)
Instructions
You'll get a text entry box to answer each of the questions below. A brief response of one or two sentences will work for each of these. And if you're not sure yet, it's fine to say that you're still deciding -- but then share some ideas that you're considering so that I have some way to offer feedback, especially on your working thesis. Leaving boxes blank or simply indicating that you're still thinking will not earn points for that question. Write something so that I can give some feedback in return. You are not locked into your answers here.
